Cooling Beds Repair, Maintenance, Surveys & Inspections
Our Millwrights are always ready to jump on a plane and visit the steel mill that needs maintenance and repair on their steel mill equipment and the Cooling Beds. In the past 40 years, we have done maintenance and repairs on so many Steel Mills across North America.
We also provide surveys and inspections services to the steel mills to make sure if the Cooling Beds, Fixed and Moving Rakes, Entry Trough and the Grid Castings are aligned or need an alignment, maintenance or repair. Through result from the surveys and inspections, you will find useful information that can help you realize if anything needs to be changed on the Bed or not.
